The Adventure in Ecuador Comes to a Close

As I mentioned in the previous post, I was running on very little sleep on Thursday. Sarah, Sterling, Holly, Dawn, and I spent the morning together waiting for our plane to whisk us off to Miami. Miami was there final destination, but my journey was only half over. I laid over for a while after making it through customs (the roses took a little time for TSA to examine) before boarding the plane to DFW. It was so wonderful to see my family! Nothing like being with the ones you love. The trip was a blessing, but it feels great to be back in good ‘ol Texas for a while. Well, this is where my Ecuador adventure ends. God is all knowing, planning our lives even when we don’t understand His reasons at the time. I am so thankful He led me to Ecuador May 2009 and cannot wait to see what He has in store for my future. In closing, I’ll share a picture of “my girls” in the shirts I got them in Quito. Blessings to you all!
